If your organisation is going to keep moving in the direction, and at the pace, you want it to, then you need the capacity to bring out the best in your people.

While there are all kinds of appropriate development opportunities available through courses, resource materials and stretch assignments, they can never provide greater potential/business benefit than the development of your leaders to coach people to better performance.

The typical structure is based on a 2-module approach, and applies our FOCUSed Performance Coaching model at its heart.

  • It focuses on the coaching process and appropriate intervention skills.
  • It uses real coaching – no role play here – which adds real depth to the learning.
  • There is continuity right through Module 1, inter module and Module 2, with consistent coaching groups working together.
  • There is inter-module activity between Module 1 and 2, where participants are supported to develop and embed their skills in real coaching assignments with their teams
  • Coachees build up a toolkit of models and frameworks to use in a wide range of situations they might face.
