In response to requests and enquiries we intend offering our first Open Programmes in 2009. We consistently receive outstanding feedback about our courses run in-house for specific clients. For the first time we will make our tried and tested 'Influencing For Business Leaders' and 'FOCUSed Performance Coaching'programmes available to individuals and to organisations who are looking to address the needs of one or two individuals at any one time.
We aim to gather together leaders from a range of business backgrounds and disciplines to come together to work intensively and practically on their skills, and at the same time benefit from the mix of people present.
Influencing for Business Leaders Open Programme
Three intensive days focused on your individual needs, with results that can last a lifetime.
Our 3 day programme is a proven approach to developing skills and strategies in influencing to deliver business results. Improve your personal effectiveness and the effectiveness of those around you.

FOCUSed Coaching Performance Open Programme
High performance businesses have high performing people. Develop your coaching skills to optimise the performance of those around you and to optimise results.
Our two-module programme is a proven approach to developing your coaching skills by providing you with a robust framework for your coaching. Integral in the design is the opportunity to take the learning back into your workplace between modules, applying it immediately to enhance performance.
Perfect if any of the following are true:
- there’s untapped potential in those you work with
- you are a senior business leader or manager responsible for people who need to perform brilliantly
- you work in a complex and fast-moving environment and the people around you need to change how they operate to stay effective.
- you work in a support function and need the people around you to work differently
- you want others to come up with solutions and to operate more independently of you
What you’ll take from the programme:
- a robust framework and the skills to use immediately
- the ability to build healthy and effective coaching relationships
- a real appreciation of the role of coach and coachee.

Our Approach
We’ll ask you to gather some feedback from your colleagues. We’ll also ask you to set up a couple of coaching sessions which you will conduct as part of the inter-module activity.
On the programme you will:

- experience a coaching process both as coach and coachee.
- explore the behaviours that underpin the process
- work as a coach to develop your skills
- work as a coachee to receive real coaching on your development as a coach
